Methodology and Definitions  

The rates presented herein represent the average of all applicable locks executed through the Optimal Blue product eligibility and pricing engine on a designated day. It is important to note that no modifications are made for individual buy-up or buy-down decisions. Data is aggregated on a nightly basis, encompassing locks from the preceding day, while locks from weekends and holidays are excluded due to insufficient volume. All relevant product types are included unless otherwise indicated, with the distribution of customer types categorized as follows: mortgage companies (82.49%), banks (15.30%), credit unions (1.92%), and service providers (0.30%).
